Product, Service & Delivery Policy

We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase within 3 working days of receipt of your order if the goods are in stock.
If the goods are not in stock we will contact you by your chosen method of contact within 3 working days of receipt of your order and inform you of our estimated dispatch time, and offer to refund your money till they are in stock.
We always post out by first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail state that they try to achieve 90% next day delivery if first class is used.
However Royal Mail will not accept an enquiry for 1st class recorded until 14 working class days have elapsed from date of posting.

Alteration/Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

Should the heights of our standard shades not be compatible with your vans measurements we will make you custom size models to fit at no extra charge. We only make an additional Charge if you require wider or narrower shades.
If you know in advance that your sizes are different please inform us when you order.
If you have ordered standard size shades by mistake and need them altering please include the return postage. Ł6 for the 1st Item then an additional Ł1 for each extra item.
As you may not be able to try out your purchase on your Motor Home immediately we do not have a time limit for Alterations as long as the product is unused and with its original packaging. If you are not satisfied simply return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding the postage cost. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If the goods are faulty we will either replace them or offer you a refund.
We will refund your money to the same source as we received it. ie;
If you paid by card by telephone it will be refunded to your card,
But as we don’t keep your card details on file we will need them again to issue you a refund. .
On some occasions if you order by phone we may use Paypal’s Virtual Terminal if we have taken your payment this way we will refund it this way.
If you purchased online by Paypal via the “BUY IT NOW” buttons it will be refunded via Paypal.

We do not store yours card details electronically or on computer or on paper.
We do store on paper your personal details such as name & address and details of your order, to help us follow up any enquiries for orders lost in the post etc..
