Our Anchor down Ratchet Kits containing two individual straps, one at each end of your canopy have been an instant success because unlike the traditional thick strap that go over the canopy and usually end up ruining the material on the blind.
They use the existing channeling in your Fiamma or Omnistor to hold your canopy OUT as well as DOWN thus reducing Flapping.
We brought this system out nearly two years ago now and now the system we use has been paid the highest compliment of all this year by Fiamma actually bringing out a very similar system.

When you are putting your canopy away in windy conditions, before it has always been a hairy moment when you get to the last metre or so and you have just got the legs into the casing and you are worried that the wind may just take it over the top before you can wind the rest in.
By leaving one of the straps in and sliding it to the centre of your canopy your partner can hold the other end of the strap and retain control of the canopy.
Then if you have an Fiamma you can wind the canopy all the way in under control or if you have an Omnistor you can wind it in to the last 5 inches before sliding the straps out.
This also works well in reverse when you are putting your canopy out.
